History of the Mal'Quessir & Celeb'Quessir

Few remain of the Mal’Quessir (Golden Elves) and Celeb’Quessir (Silver Elves) that originally came to Sosaria from over the Sea. The Silver Elves were sailing to Valinor when they were pulled off course by Morgoth and landed in Sosaria. The Golden Elves landed in Sosaria after being attacked and pulled off course by Lolth. Over many, many lifetimes the two races and cultures fused to become one and the same. Their appearance was combined as well as their languages and religion. On a rare occasion, however, small groups of Silver or Golden elves are found deep within the lands of Sosaria, having been separated from the Elves for millennia and still retain the characteristics from their original ancestry.
